Class Schedule

Join me each week in a virtual yoga practice via Zoom. This platform allows you the option to safely attend classes in the comfort of your own home. This convenient approach to yoga provides you with the opportunity to attend classes live or to view a recording of the class at you own leisure. To register for a class please email me by clicking the link below.

Classes range from Restorative (gentle) to Buti (active). Classes are accessible to all level of yogi and modifications are always available.

At home props can be helpful for you yoga practice. If you do not have any home props you can roll up blankets or towels to use as supports. Couch cushions or throw pillows can be useful as well. Soup cans can take the place of blocks in some instances.

Tuesday Classes:

10:00 – Yang/Yin

11:15 – Vinyasa with core work

Thursday Classes:

10:00 – Merge Flow

11:15 – Buti and DEEP

6:00 – Restorative Yoga

Meditation Mondays

Starting January 4 join me for a 8 week journey through meditation and breath-work. Each Monday evening from 6:00-7:00 I will guide you through meditations focused on grounding and connecting with the self. I will introduce specific breath-work to aid in getting deeper into the self through the meditation.

This series is via Zoom. To get the most out of this experience I encourage you to create a snuggly nook. Bring in blankets, meditation cushions, pillows, crystals, and diffusers, whatever you need to make a cozy space.
